Vetting
We set incredibly high standards with regards to the childcarers we have on our register. All Nannies are interviewed, and we ensure that:
• All applicants must meet a minimum set of criteria as regards to experience and qualifications
• Only those applicants who meet our minimum criteria will be interviewed with a view to joining our agency
• Applicants CVs are checked for consistency and gaps in employment history
• All identification and qualification documents are verified
• All applicants have a valid DBS check (Police check)
• We will obtain at least two of the applicants references
• We also advise and recommend Nannies joining the OFSTED voluntary register (not obligatory)
• All applicants must meet a minimum set of criteria as regards to experience and qualifications
