The Process of Employment
We will contact you directly if you have submitted an online registration form or arrange with you upon your telephone call to us, a convienient time for you to come into the office and determine your exact requirements.
It is at this point we will validate your identity and check qualifications and any references you may have, to collate for your file.
You will need to bring the following with you:
• Personal name and address identification such as a driving licence, passport and a utility or credit card bill (2 forms of ID required)
• If you require a DBS/CRB application, then a total of 3 forms of ID will be required, possibly more depending on what you can provide. Please see the DBS/CRB link on the Nannies Page, or click HERE for a full list of accepted ID.
• Qualification certificate and other relevant qualifications
• First Aid certificate
• Advanced DBS/CRB Certificate (if you don't have a current up to date Advanced DBS/CRB, we can arrange this for you at a cost of £64.00)
• Any written references you may have (we will also require referees details, as all references are throughly checked)
• Current up to date CV
Once your details have been collated and checked, we can start to help match you with your perfect position. We will forward your details to any position you are interested in and arrange interviews on your behalf.
We ask that you contact us after each interview and give us your feedback and we will be able to give you any feedback or job offers we have received for you.
Once you accept a position we will send you a formal 'Offer of Employment' letter detailing the position, hours and salary. We recommend that you now discuss contracts with your new employer. Some contract guidelines can be found on the Nannies Page to help ensure you have everything you want covered within the contract.
