Can my Nanny be self-employed?
The simple answer to this question is no, if you have a permanent Nanny in your home (this is for your own protection), however there are a few exceptions to this rule such as Maternity Nurses who provide temporary care to many families one after the other.

Being an employer sounds complicated, how do I go about it.
